What We Do – Overview

Wiltshire Probation is part of the National Probation Service and is governed by the Wiltshire Probation Board. Working with Wiltshire Criminal Justice partners, our aims are:

• Protecting the public
• Working with victims – ensuring offenders are aware of the effects of their crimes on victims and the public
• Managing offenders
• Punishing offenders in the community
• Reducing offending through programmes that aim to rehabilitate offenders
