Probation in Swindon

Wiltshire Probation Trust was officially launched on 1 July 2010. The formation of the Trust heralds a new era in which probation services are now being adapted and tailored more closely to the individual needs of communities in Wiltshire and Swindon.

The Swindon LDU (Local Delivery Unit), with its team based at Centenary House in Swindon, will focus on the particular needs of a large urban centre with more mixed communities. Our new structure deliberately aligns with local authority and police boundaries, so will enable us to work even more effectively with our partners.
