Sentencers' Conference 2009

Sentencers' Conference 2009 The Sentencers’ Conference 2009 was held on 2 November at the Corn Exchange in Devizes. With a theme of ‘Working together locally to reduce re–offending’, the purpose of the event was to encourage delegates to gain a wider understanding of the services delivered by Wiltshire Probation and its effectiveness in preventing offenders returning to crime.

A key highlight of the conference will be afternoon
workshops which will focus on the effectiveness of working in partnerships addressing Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements, Prolific & Priority Offenders and Supervision & Resource Centres.
